Next StepContinued Support is necessary in order to ensure the long term success of those living independently. Without it, many young adults become homeless and/or incarcerated. YouthQuest Next Step presents the perfect solution by providing case management and optional mental health support services (Medicaid billable) at an exceptional daily rate. Next Step becomes the landlord by renting directly to the young adult, thereby helping them create a rental history. Young Adults are required to maintain employment so as to pay rent and daily living expenses, as Next Step provides case management, support and 24 hour crisis intervention. As young adults prepare to transition into their own apartments, Next Step helps to manage the process and establish mental health support services through Intercept's In Home Division.
